Had an immaculate and fabulous room and I couldn't ask for more. Good restaurant and superbly friendly staff. Excellent service overall. Plenty of options nearby, I visited restaurants and a concert hall close to the hotel. Dined at Da Nonna Clara, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.
Well, the bathroom was quite small and Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Awesome people working here, good hot breakfast. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. It was centrally located, easy to move around. The airport was 16 miles away from here, great riverside location. We had a really amazing time staying at this hotel.

Overall I loved that absolutely gorgeous hotel. Immaculate and absolutely perfect room with a pleasant view from the window. Savoury and plentiful English breakfast in the terrace. Absolutely exceptional staff, extraordinarily good value for money.

Very supportive staff, well-kept room, bed was lovely. I found meats, cheese, boiled eggs, breads and bakery to be affordable. Well-maintained hotel centrally located in the city. Pool was incredible here too.

Ideal place for discovering Lucca. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was excellent. We got room with a Jacuzzi. Plus, parking was available.
